Carrot Salad with Cheese

2 large carrots,
100 g matured cheese,
1 clove of garlic,
2-3 tbsp of mayonnaise.
 

Peel the carrots and grate them finely. Grate the cheese coarsely and mix it with the carrots. Add pressed garlic and mayonnaise and mix well. Let the salad rest for 6 hours in the refrigerator with clingfilm on, before serving.
